These terms govern the use of the Super Capital website. Subscription to the Club is subject to a separate agreement.

Purpose

These general terms of use define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the site published by Super Capital Partners, whose contact details can be found in the legal notice. By browsing this site, you agree to these terms.

Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. All costs related to access and equipment remain the responsibility of the user.

Super Capital strives to keep the site accessible at all times, without being under any obligation to do so. Access may be interrupted, particularly for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure, without such interruption entitling the user to any compensation.

Super Capital may modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online on the day the site is accessed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations.
