Bloom Care secured €400,000 in non-dilutive funding, double the maximum target set by CEO Paul Rousseau. The startup develops an intelligent scheduling system for personal service companies.
Paul Rousseau co-founded Bloom Care to provide personal service companies with an intelligent scheduling tool. He was aiming for around €150,000 in non-dilutive funding, with a stretch goal of €200,000 if everything went well.
His expectations were clear: maximize non-dilutive funding, ensure a comprehensive view of all available opportunities, and move forward efficiently.

Gaspard managed the account for Super Capital. Beyond the foundational work of mapping out funding sources and preparing applications, two levers made all the difference.
Changing delegations to reach new contacts. Bloom Care already had a contact at BPI France. In non-dilutive funding, the person you work with matters as much as the application itself. Thanks to his knowledge of BPI France's organization, Gaspard at Super Capital secured a change of delegation and redirected the application to the contacts best suited for the project. As a result, Bloom Care received support that matched its ambitions.
Constant monitoring of calls for projects. By closely tracking new calls for projects, Super Capital identified an unexpected funding pool during the engagement that was perfectly aligned with Bloom Care’s sector. This allowed for a significant increase in the total funding package.
Bloom Care secured €400,000 in non-dilutive funding, compared to the initial target of €150,000 to €200,000. The unanticipated sector-specific pool alone accounted for nearly a third of the total funding.
Paul Rousseau found Gaspard to be a "highly expert" contact who was pragmatic, efficient, and provided sound advice.
Regarding the unexpected funding pool, which accounts for nearly a third of the total: "I think that was a game changer."
Bloom Care continues to grow its presence among personal service companies.
